Description
BFR Systems offers various robotic solutions to automatically in-feed flowpack or other types of packaging machines.
Our more than 30 years of experience in managing the flow of unwrapped products has led us to propose robotic solutions that meet the constraints of the food industry in terms of hygiene, contamination, maintenance, and safety.
Product positioning for guiding robots is done through cells or vision.
The robots we use are either Delta or multi-jointed, depending on the application and required speed.
Our engineering department has the capacity to develop all types of grippers and handling systems according to the products to be manipulated (clamps, claws, suction cups, material deformation gripping systems, etc.).

Implementation of buffer allowing to manage overloads, minimize voids in the flowpack and store products during upstream equipment stops.
