X-RAY

WELD
Continuous weld inspection is crucial in the production of thermo-sealed bags for liquid or dry products. To meet this requirement, Shikoku has developed an innovative device based on infrared technology. This technology allows the detection of temperature differences, point by point (up to 100,000 measurement points), in the welding area during sealing. Thus, by detecting potential defects such as product presence in the welding area, folds, or wrinkles in real-time, the device ensures continuous quality control of bags. This continuous detection capability significantly improves the reliability of the production process by eliminating defective bags as they are produced.
CAMERA
Camera inspection of industrial products is a widely used method to ensure the quality of products at the end of the production line. We provide industrial vision systems capable of inspecting products at high speed and with high precision, thus detecting surface defects, shape, or color. These camera inspection systems are equipped with high-resolution cameras, image processing software, and special lighting techniques to detect the specific characteristics of the products to be inspected.
