- 1959 Creation of Lassoudry
- 1982 Creation of EuroCRI
- 1984 Creation of Latinpack

- 2001 Creation of Ermatec
- 2010 Creation of BFR groupe composed of: Lassoudry, Latinpack, Eurocri et Ermatec
- 2015 Merger of EuroCri and Ermatec, they become BFR Systems
- 2018 Technibiscuit joins BFR groupe
- 2019 BFR groupe decides to use the name BFR Systems

BFR Systems is the manufacturing division of BFR Group. It was launched in 1954, and is complementary with BFR Sales, the distribution division.
