Slicer for "baguette" sandwiches - vertical cutting disc
Description
The machine enables to hinge cut the sandwich vertically. Suitable for a wide range for products (baguette, hot-dog, Vienna Bread...)
Availbale from 1 to 3 lines, depending on speed needed.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Bread transfer by conveyors with pushers. adjustable width thanks to a wheel
- Cutting device equipped with one or several motorised cutting discs:
- Adjustable depth thanks to a wheel
- Easy dismantling of cutting device for cleaning and maintenance
- A fixed blade, following the saw enables progressive opening of the sliced breads (see picture above) ,
