Description
LPF 100F is designed to cut Emmental cheese in exact weight portions by scanning with X-Ray System.
Applications
- Products: Emmental cheese.
- Dimensions: Round or square.
- Mechanical speed: 150 cuts / minute.
- Output speed: 100 to 120 portions / minute (depending on product and the target weight).
Options
- Guillotine for the pre-cutting of the cheese blocks into bars.
- Automatic collection and transfer of all the trims to one evacuation point.
- Trimming of one or both lateral sides of the bar by including a trimming station.
- Accumulation system and automatic feeding of the packaging machine.
