VDL bagging machines are the result of over 50 years of expertise and thousands of machines built.
The UVA Dynamic range, fully servo-driven and equipped with continuous sealing technology, achieves speeds of up to 200 bags per minute.
We now offer two models in the Dynamic range: the Pure version and the Hydro version. The main difference between these models lies in their ease of cleaning:

Hydro Version:
- IP66 certified for intensive cleaning.
- Resistant to high-pressure washing conditions.

Pure Version:
- IP55 certified for optimal hygiene.
These options allow users to choose the machine based on specific cleaning requirements and work environments.
The UVA Dynamic vertical bagging machines can produce up to 7 different types of bags (such as pillow packs, four-corner sealed bags, flat-bottom bags, Flexcan, gusseted bags, etc.), depending on the selected options.
Their touchscreen interface and ergonomic design enable format changes by the operator without the need for tools. Widely used across major industries, these machines serve a variety of sectors, including detergents, snacks, cheese, frozen foods, dried fruits, salads, pet food, and more.
