Their latest addition to the continuous motion lineup is the UVA Dynamic range. This packaging machine prioritizes hygiene, speed, and flexibility in bag styles and options. Additionally, it is designed to accommodate recyclable mono-materials such as polyethene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and paper film structures.
The Dynamic range is available in two versions, distinguished primarily by their ease of cleaning:
**Hydro Version**:
- IP66 washdown for intensive cleaning.
- Features a fully enclosed and sloped stainless steel frame.
- Resistant to high-pressure washing conditions.
- Perfectly suited for fresh and frozen products that require the highest cleaning standards.
**Pure Version**:
- IP55 rated for hygienic applications.
- Sloped stainless steel frame equipped with hygienic ventilation covers.
- Ideal for snacks, confectionery, pet food, and frozen products.
These options allow users to select the machine based on their cleaning requirements and work environments.
The UVA Dynamic vertical bagging machines can produce up to seven different bag styles. Their ergonomic design enables operators to make quick format changes without needing tools.
It's the most dynamic VFFS machine in the market.
