The stainless steel 304 L construction of this cantilevered conveyor allows for easy access and maintenance interventions, as well as quick belt removal. The conveyor consists of 12 belts that transport products under the fat depositors. The products are first aligned with retractable stops located inside the casing at the fat deposit stations. Sensors check for product presence. If there is a missing slice of bread on a line, the fat deposition will not be done on that line. Temperature control is performed by a probe integrated into the body of the deposit head.
