Full cut Partial "hinge" cut BFR Systems designs a range of slicers capable of slicing up to 6 tracks of buns.

Depending on your needs, the cutting technology can be achieved with a band blade (for complete cut and the possibility of slicing multi-track products) or with a disk (for complete or hinge cut and single-track).
