Cheese feeding
Description
- Un convoyeur à bande lisse donne une pré-dose et alimente un convoyeur transversal fonctionnant en continu
- Une pelle pousse alors le fromage du tapis dans la déposeuse (L’entraînement de la pelle est réglable pour être en mesure d’ajuster le pré-dosage)
- Le fond de la déposeuse constitué d’un convoyeur à bande lisse, ajuste la vitesse d’avancement.
- Le fromage est donc déposé sur le sandwich.
Operating sequence
- A smooth belt conveyor gives a dose and in-feed the crosswise conveyor working in continous flow
- A space pushes the cheese from the conveyor to a feeding device (can be set-up to adjust the dose)
- The bottom of the device being a conveyor, regulates the speed.
- The cheese is moved on the sandwich
