Emmental exact weight cutting line
Description
The ERMA LPF 100F cheese slicer is specifically designed to cut Emmental cheese into portions of fixed weight.
Thanks to its X-ray scanning system, it is able to accurately detect the position of the holes in the cheese, ensuring a precise and uniform weight-based cutting for each portion.
APPLICATIONS
- Products: Emmental-type cheeses.
- Formats: Round or square cheese wheels.
- Instantaneous output rate: 150 portions/minute.
- Nominal output rate: 100 to 120 portions/minute (depending on the product and target weight).
OPTIONS
- Guillotine for cutting rounds into bars.
- Transfer of waste (cuts, heels of rounds, and non-conforming portions) to a single evacuation point.
- Sizing of one or both sides of the bars by integrating a slicer.
- Integration of a portion stocker and automatic loading of the packaging machine.
- Option of a double head for increased throughput.
