Description
The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 30F is designed to cut round cheese into angular portions.
Applications
- Products : Round cheese all type.
- Diamensions : diameter 180-400mm, height 140mm max.
- Speed : 25-30 portions/min depending on product texture and number of portions to be cut from the round. The speed does not account for the manual loading and unloading time of the cheese.

- Exact weight cutting by integration of a weigher.
