WRAPPING AND CUTTING MACHINES
These two machines wrap with HDPE and cut continously 1, 2 or 3 sticks next to each other.
Stick presence is detected with opening and closing sealing and synchronised band begining.
- Limits spanners scartching
- Suppresses wrap overconsumption
- Extend life of sealing devices
End of wrap detection.
Rotary cutting of sticks up to 300 cycles/min.
Spool holder diameter 450 mm.
The device, driven by a touch panal on the sealing machine enables to control:
- Speed
- Sealing temperature
- End of wrap and stick detection
- Options and synchronization with afterwards devices.
