X-RAY
The X-rays have the ability to detect not only metals, but also other contaminants such as stones and HD plastic. Unlike metal detectors, X-rays are not significantly affected by factors such as the presence of metal film, product temperature or humidity levels. This allows for more precise and reliable detection of impurities in food or industrial products.
WEIGHT
The Dynamic Checkweigher is a system integrated into production lines. It ensures compliance with regulations for pre-packaged products, which guarantees consumer protection. Any package outside of the tolerance range is automatically ejected from the production line. This dynamic control system ensures consistent and uniform product quality while minimizing losses and waste.
CAMERA
Camera inspection of industrial products is a widely used method to ensure the quality of products at the end of the production line. We provide industrial vision systems capable of inspecting products at high speed and with high precision, thus detecting surface defects, shape, or color. WELD
Continuous weld inspection is crucial in the production of thermo-sealed bags for liquid or dry products. To meet this requirement, Shikoku has developed an innovative device based on infrared technology. This technology allows the detection of temperature differences, point by point (up to 100,000 measurement points), in the welding area during sealing. Thus, by detecting potential defects such as product presence in the welding area, folds, or wrinkles in real-time, the device ensures continuous quality control of bags. This continuous detection capability significantly improves the reliability of the production process by eliminating defective bags as they are produced.
METAL DETECTOR
Metal detection is a common inspection method used to detect foreign bodies in food and industrial products. By using the characteristics of magnetic fields, a metal detector can identify metals such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. Anritsu's patented dual-frequency technology allows for optimized detection of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals simultaneously. With an improved self-learning process, the system analyzes over 10,000 combinations of frequencies and algorithms to provide the best possible detection sensitivity. This advanced technology ensures accurate and reliable detection of metal impurities in products.
