Description
The patented exact weight cutting line ERMA 70TR is designed to cut round cheese into exact weight angular portions. Equipped with a weighing and 3D scanning system as well as a pre-cutting system to produce two unequal halves, the line provides for the best optimization of yield and giveaway figures.
