New Retrofit on Flowpack!

This retrofit consisted of replacing an existing electrical plate with a new one according to the components described below, as well as replacing the main asynchronous motor driving the machine with 3 brushless motors and one asynchronous motor, all controlled by a Rockwell PLC.

▪ Brushless motor + jaw sealing cross-reducer ▪ Brushless motor + chain with cleats reducer ▪ Brushless motor + longitudinal pulling and sealing wheel reducer ▪ Asynchronous motor + output conveyor reducer ▪ Supply and installation of a cabinet for HMI ▪ 10" touchscreen interface

Options related to the retrofit:

▪ No product, no film function according to the production rates ▪ Storage of different recipes ▪ Retrieval of production statistics ▪ Adjustment of all machine parameters via HMI (including temperature regulation)

All equipment will comply with CE standards.

Machine downtime for one week (5 days of mechanical and electrical intervention and tuning, followed by gradual startup until final production for format validation).
