Description
The ultrasonic cutting machine ERMA 10P is designed to cut rectangular fresh or frozen cakes into rectangular portions, and also to cut round fresh or frozen products (cakes, pies, quiches, etc…) into angular portions.
Applications
- Products: Fresh or frozen bakery products, round cakes or salty quiches, cheese
- Dimensions: Rectangular plates 400x300 mm or diameter until 390 mm.
- Mechanical speed: 30 cuts / minute.
- Output speed: dependant on the product, and loading / unloading capability of the operator.
