Deli product slicer - ERMA 120C
Description
Ultrasonic slicer ERMA 120 C enables to cut bars of paté by making portions of fixed thickness.
Thanks to the ultrasonic blade, the device can can products even if they are sensible, fragile or sticky.
First and last reems ejection can be automatic.
Applications
Automatic in-feed of thermoforming machine
At the end of our slicers we can propose a robotized station to in-feed the slices of paté directly in the holes of the thermoforming machine with:
- Flow regulation storing devices
- Control of quality and control of robot for products prehension
- Several types of robot can be used, depending on the speed needed
- Pliers and suckers are developped to handle senseible of fragile products
