Anritsu has been developing a range of X-Ray detectors for more than 15 years. Now, X-rays are well-known throughout the world for their detection precision.
OMORI FLOW PACK
Omori packaging machines enable to pack around the products thanks a roll of film.
The range depends on the kind of film to be used: complex, laminated, retractable (...) and can be completed by different easy opening systems and options.
A touch panel memorizes the data and is the interface with the operator.
Fully servomotorized they are one of the market most efficient machines for their sealing quality, particularly in productions needing high conversation with addition of gas for example.
ROTARY FILLING AND SEALING PACKAGING MACHINE / TOYO JIDOKI
The TT9 CW is a rotary packaging running with preformed pouches.
Toyo Jidoki experience, more than 50 years, makes this machine particularly reliable and flexible. Format change is realized in less than 10 minutes by an operator without any tool.
With its 3 dedicated seal stations, the TT9 CW is particularly adapted on applications where the sealing quality is paramount, and that even on products that undergo a pasteurization or sterilization process.

VERTICAL PACKAGING UVA
UVA packaging machine conception relies on an experience of more than 50 years and thousands of machines already sold.
The LIMA range, fully equipped with servomotors enables to reach a speed up to 200 pouches / minute. Besides, welding quality is state-of the art. The LIMA device can work 7 different types of pouches (pillow, 4 sealed angles, stand-up, flexcan, gusset...)
